Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Tangerang Selatan Municipality 2021

Survei Kebutuhan Data (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. BPS-Statistic Of Tangerang Selatan Municipalityhas been implemented by the IPDS Section since 2011. In 2021, BPS-Statistic Of Tangerang Selatan Municipalityhas been done SKD Survey. The results of the 2021 SKD are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is equipped with a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
