Banten Economic in Third Quarter of 2015 Grew 5.18 percent

Banten economy the third quarter of 2015 as measured by Gross Domestic Product (GDP) at current prices reached 123.67 trillion and GDP at constant prices of 2010 reached 93.19 trillion rupiah.

Economic Banten third quarter of 2015 against the previous quarter grew faster at 2.03 percent (q-to-q). In terms of production, the highest growth in Financial Services and Insurance which grew 9.22 percent with a share of 0.24 percent growth. In terms of expenditure components of the highest growth achieved by government consumption amounted to 8.73 percent of the contribution to the total growth of 0.33 percent.

Economic Banten third quarter of 2015 had accelerated over the same period in 2014 amounting to 5.18 percent (y-on-y). In terms of production, the highest growth by Business Sector Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of 14.13 percent. In terms of expenditure achieved by Component Total Net exports grew by 32.23 per cent, with a share of 2.13 percent.
